Scopes

A Hive is a deployed Flux environment such as Development, Staging, Test, or Production. The Hub is the tenancy layer that defines tenants and which Hives their users can reach.

Roles are not a ladder. A badge always includes its scope, such as Hive Owner or Hub Admin, because the same role word means different things in each place.
